The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P. S. Case No. 50 of 2017 registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of the offence and delay of more than three months in instituting the first information report, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41603 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Ram Krishna Nagar P. S. Case No. 50 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
