In view of the averments made in paragraph 11 of the counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order preferably within four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. It goes without saying that the respondents have to see that all consequential benefits is extended to the petitioner if the petitioner's claim finds favour.
