The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For a direction to the respondents to execute a final registered deed of lease in favour of the petitioner with regard to the land described in paragraph no.3 according to land at the earliest.

(ii) To give the petitioner final account if there is any dues against the land in question."

At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, for

Patna High Court CWJC No.18266 of 2015(5) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, i.e. respondent no.2, within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no.2 shall consider the same, in accordance with law, and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
