JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 307, 387, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that accused persons resorted to fire on the informant. The specific accusation of firing is against co-accused Dilip Singh who threatened to kill the informant and demanded extortion.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is not specific against the petitioner. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014, pending in the Court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54578 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
