Petitioner is accused in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120B of the I.P.C. and sections 10, 13, 16B, 18, 19 and 20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2018. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions
