2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2023 instituted under Sections 341, 447, 323, 307, 506 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner has assaulted the three victims causing grievous injuries.

4. In these circumstances, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.

5. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to surrender within four weeks.

6. If the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29318 of 2024(3) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 the Court below taking into account the fact that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail.
