This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner No.2 for modification in the order dated 18.07.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 15464 of 2017 in which the name of the petitioner No.2 Gita Chaudhary, son of Hari Chaudhary has wrongly been typed as Gita Choudhary @ Gita Devi, wife of Hari Chaudhary.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on order dated 18.07.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 15464 of 2017, both the petitioners were allowed pre-arrest bail, but inadvertently, the name of the petitioner No.2 Gita Chaudhary, son of Hari Chaudhary has wrongly been typed as Gita Choudhary
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43301 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 @ Gita Devi, wife of Hari Chaudhary.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the order dated 18.07.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 15464 of 2017, the name of petitioner No.2 Gita Chaudhary @ Gita Devi, wife of Hari Chaudhary be read as "Gita Chaudhary, son of Hari Chaudhary".
In such view of the matter, the time to surrender of petitioner No. 2 Gita Chaudhary, son of Hari Chaudhary as per order dated 18.07.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 15464 of 2017 is further extended by four weeks from today in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 184 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 18.07.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 15464 of 2017, this application stands disposed of.
