2. A prayer in the writ petition relates to claim for payment of salary since 01.08.2009 to the petitioner who claims to have been working as Anganwari Sahayka at Anganwari No. 43 at Village- Ghusiakala under Gram Panchayat Ghusiakala, P.S. Bikramganj, District- Rohtas.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show from the writ petition that she has raised any claim for payment of arrears of salary before the respondents.
4. In the above view of the matter and with consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14896 of 2010 dt.24-07-2017 2/2 petitioner to file a representation before the District Programme Officer, Rohtas as Sasaram (respondent no. 3) for redressal of her grievances. If any such representation is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the respondent no. 3 after grant of opportunity to the petitioner of being heard in accordance with law.
