JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-07-2017 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing memo no. 57 Mu. dated 26.11.2008 (Annexure-6) issued by the office of District Programme Officer, Patna (Respondent no. 3); and for a direction to the respondents to pay the due salary (stipend) which has not been paid since July, 2008.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.

3. A perusal of the writ petition does not disclose any specific reason for assailing the impugned order. Except a bald statement in para 17 of the writ petition, no specific ground whatsoever has been stated in the order to show any illegality in the impugned order by which the petitioner has been found to be of less than 18 years of age

Patna High Court CWJC No.16036 of 2010 dt.24-07-2017 at the time of appointment. This Court is therefore, not inclined to interfere in the matter.

4. As regards the petitioner's claim for payment of arrears of stipend since July, 2008 the petitioner appears to have filed a representation dated 15.05.2008 before the District Magistrate, Patna. Accordingly, this writ petition is being disposed of only with the observation that the petitioner may pursue her said representation, if still pending, before the District Magistrate, Patna, for payment of her arrears of stipend.
