JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. I.A. No. 5215 of 2016 has been filed by the applicants Neeta Mishra and Manju Kumari seeking permission for being added as respondents to oppose the writ petition. The petitioners have not claimed any relief against the intervenors and as such the Court does not find any justification to allow I.A. No. 5215 of 2016 as there is no relief claimed against the intervenors.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17435 of 2014(2) dt.25-09-2018 2/2 The interlocutory application (I.A. No. 5215/2016) is accordingly rejected.

The simple prayer in the writ petition is that the issue of approval of the services of the petitioners is pending before the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board and till date the Board has not taken any decision.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioners for grant of approval, if not already taken in accordance with law within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

In case the intervenors have any claim against the petitioners or otherwise liberty shall be available to them to approach appropriate forum for redressal of their grievances in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
