JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 6.6.2009 contained in Memo No.428 dated 9.6.2009 passed in Appeal No.52 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Buxar.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19359 of 2011 (6) dt.24-07-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
