2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 434/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/323/307/450/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He was working in Punjab. Before the date of occurrence, he came to his village and he has been spotted along with the other criminals who are said to have killed the deceased on the orders of the petitioner who had given Rs. 15,000/- for killing his wife as he suspected his wife of having relation with his own nephew. The daughter of the petitioner has said that the petitioner had told her that he will take care of his wife. It is the

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant him bail. It is accordingly dismissed.
