JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 17.06.2011 passed in case No.131 of 2011 (Annexure-1), by the District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority, Nalanda at Biharsharif, which is under challenge, in this writ application. Permission is accorded.
