2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the prosecution case and stated that no one has kidnapped her. She, out of her own will, had gone with this petitioner to Jalandhar (Punjab) and solemnized marriage with him. She also disclosed her age, as 21 years. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. VI-cumSpecial Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 221 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
