The learned counsel for the petitioners has not been able to produce any document to show that after notification for acquisition of the land (Annexure-1) the Government has taken any step for acquiring the land of the petitioners. In view of the fact that the notification for acquisition of the land was issued in the year 2011 but the petitioners are not aware of the fact that what steps were taken for acquisition of the land after issuance of notification, I do not find any merit in this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
