Mr. Prem Kumar Jha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court vide order dated 31.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33773 of 2017.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they set their daughter-in-law on fire and causing her death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that in this case trial was not concluded, however, petition under Section 311 of Cr.P.C by the prosecution was allowed and as such, trial could not concluded and petitioner no.2 is suffering from ailment.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and

No.25202 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, however, the jail authority is directed to take proper care for treatment of petitioner no.2 and further, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
