The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kotwa P.S. Case No. 253 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The mother of the deceased alleged that her daughter was married to Brijesh Singh in the year 2009 but her husband and other in-laws were demanding Rs. 1,00,000/- and a motorcycle. They were torturing her daughter. She came to know on 12.12.2015 that accused persons killed her daughter and hurriedly cremated her dead body.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41274 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 petitioners are cousin father-in-law and cousin mother-in-law of the deceased. They have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Father-in-law, brothersin-law and sister-in-law of the deceased have already enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 08.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10564/2016.The case of the petitioners stands on the better footing.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are cousin father-in-law and cousin mother-in-law of the deceased, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 253 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
