JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2018 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed for quashing of the first information report of Kotwali P. S. Case No. 331 of 2016 registered inter alia under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, but during the pendency of the application, investigation has been completed and a report under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure has already been submitted pursuant to which the processes have been issued

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36971 of 2017 (2) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 against the petitioner.

In view of the submission made above, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
