2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(C) and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act registered in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation of recovery of two packets of Ganja containing 18 Kg. from the outer portion of the joint house of the petitioner and his uncle. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
