The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 501 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 447, 341, 504, 506, 325 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further submission is that the specific allegation is against co-accused Ashok Yadav. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail petition. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 501 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
