Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated Jaynagar P.S.Case No.190 of 2018 corresponding to C.R.I. Case No.730 of 2018 dated 19.4.2018 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail once after framing of the charge and the trial has commenced and allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant causing grievous injury on head. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than eight months and the charge has been framed. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25676 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-V, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P..S.case No.190 of 2018 corresponding to C.R.I. Case No.730 of 2018 vide ST No.474 of 2018 dated 19.4.2018, with condition that he will cooperate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
