JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 03-11-2017 This application has been filed for modification of an order passed on 03.08.2005 in M.J.C. No. 2828 of 1998.

Even though it is indicated in the application that the modification is being sought for in view of certain observations made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court but the fact remains that after filing of the application on 26.02.2007 the defects pointed out by the office have not been rectified even though more than 10 years have passed and when the matter is taken up today none has appeared.

The application is, therefore, dismissed.
