The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udakishunganj P.S Case No.- 358/2019 for the alleged offence under sections 341/323/324/504/354/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the specific allegation is attributed to the co-accused Dipak Kumar. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 24.12.2019.
