JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2016 The petitioner is the wife of Opposite Party No. 2 and seeks cancellation of bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2 vide order, dated 24.02.2014, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 38891 of 2013 by this Court.

It is the case of the petitioner that the Opposite Party No. 2 was allowed anticipatory bail on an undertaking given by him that he was ready to keep the petitioner with full dignity and honour and that the Opposite Party No. 2 would pay maintenance at the rate of Rs. 2000/- per month in terms of the agreement arrived at between them in Mahila Helpline.

It is the case of the petitioner that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37811 of 2015 (2) dt.28-11-2016 2/2 undertaking given by the Opposite Party No. 2 is not being fully honoured.

I have perused the application carefully. The grounds for cancellation of bail are well recognized and clearly defined. The case of the petitioner does not fall within those parameters.

This application has no merit. It is accordingly dismissed.
