In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No. 166 of 2016 for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 447, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the I.P.C and sections 8, 12 of the POCSO Act.

In the First Information Report there is specific allegation against Vikram Kumar and not against the petitioners for committing overt-act.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners, in case of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be
