Petitioner is accused in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 456 of 2018 registered under Sections 363 and 366/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In the present case, two first information reports have been lodged. The petitioner was in love affair with the daughter-inlaw of the informant. There is nothing in the record to show that the petitioner had kidnapped the victim girl.
