The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 149, 342, 323, 332, 353 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984. Allegedly, it is a case creating hindrance in discharging the official duties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

No.26642 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 589 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
