The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57768 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No.115 of 2020, pending in the court of learned ACJM, 1st, Bhagalpur, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 17.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57768

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34084 of 2023(2) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 of 2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
