2. The petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction upon the respondents, especially the respondent nos. 6 and 7 to release the amount of GPF with statutory interest so

Patna High Court CWJC No.6989 of 2024 dt.07-03-2025 2/3 deducted from the salary of the concerned employees. The respondent State Government has already sent the funds to the District Education Officer and the respondent Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board has also sent the list of the employees of the Sanskrit High School Madneshwar Asthan, Madhubani and Sanskrit Bal Vikash Vidya Mandir Brdaha, Madhubani containing the name of the petitioners and their deceased father or husband.

After some arguments, learned Advocate for the petitioners submitted that identically situated persons have approached this Court in CWJC No. 17730 of 2022 which came to be disposed of vide order dated 28.02.2023 with a liberty to file their respective representation(s) before the respondent District Education Officer-cum-District Programme Officer, Madhubani to raise their claims regarding payment of GPF.

4. Learned Advocates for the State and the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board have no objection if the present writ petition is disposed of in the identical terms.

5. In view thereof, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to approach before the District Education Officer-cum-District Programme Officer, Madhubani along with the representation.

6. If such representations are filed, the same shall be considered within the period of two months from the date of receipt thereof and disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order. If any amount is found payable to the petitioners, the same shall be paid by the concerned authorities within the stipulated period.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
