The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 420, 323 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19988 o 2021 vide order dated 20.12.2021.

It appears that there is no new ground to renew his prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
