Patna High Court CWJC No.11124 of 2010 (3) dt.09-10-2017 2/2 which is under challenge, in this writ application. Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
