The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 229 of 2017 registered under Sections 317, 420, 467, 468, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive and grudge. Further submission is that this is purely civil in nature. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
