2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 141, 341, 323, 427, 354(B), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and her sister by lathi and bricks resulting in injuries to them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that out of total eight petitioners five are female members of the family and a dispute had arisen on account of throwing out the pillar (Khuta) due to which some act of hurling abuses and assault took place. The bail rejection order itself indicates that the injuries received by the injured persons were simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance, as such, section levelled is Section 323 of the IPC. It is further submitted that no offence under Section 354 of the IPC which is the only non-bailable section, is made out against any of the petitioners. Further, the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application for anticipatory bail.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and also considering the general and omnibus nature of allegations and simple nature of injuries, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ladaniya
