2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 144 of 2023 arising out of Mairwa P.S. Case No. 199 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022 lodged under Sections 392 and 302 of the I.P.C. read with Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 16.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64879 of 2022 bail petition of the petitioner was rejected with a liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. He further submits that vide Annexure-3 charge has been framed in this case against the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail but submits that charge has already been framed.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with Sessions Trial No. 144 of 2023 arising out of Mairwa P.S. Case No. 199 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) ravishankar/- U T
