2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 225 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 494, 341, 323 and 498(A) and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, of the Indian Penal Code, by the complainant Sangita Devi.

3. The direction given by the Court on 10.01.2025 to file supplementary affidavit has also not been complied.

4. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected due to non-prosecution. The interim protection granted on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28773 of 2024(6) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 15.05.2024 stands vacated.
