1. Learned counsel for the parties are present.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"1. For issuance of warranto an commanding writ of upon quo the respondents to remove the respondent no. 5 forthwith from the post of Vice Chancellor, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura who have been appointed as V.C. in utter violation of section 10(1) (1) and (ii) of amended Bihar State Universities Act 1976.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18748 of 2015(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 II. For quashing the notification no. B.S.U (BNMV) 28/2014-742/85 (1) dated 23.05.2014 is said by Governor, Patna where by respondent no. 5 has been selected on the post Vice Chancellor, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura.

III. For quashing of the Memo No. GS (A- 453/98) -417/2014 dated 27.05.2014 is issued by the registrar B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura whereby the Respondent no. 5 has been appointed on Vice Chancellor of B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
