The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent No. 3 to comply with the requirements in terms of the Agreement, to provide the list of places where the petitioner firm was required to install the LED lights in terms of Tender Notice No. 01 of 2014-15 and consequent work orders issued in favour of the petitioner by order dated 25.10.2014 and 22.04.2015, and for connected reliefs.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.18803 of 2015 dt.15-12-2015 however, confines the relief sought, seeking only a direction to the Respondent No. 3 to dispose of his representation dated 08.08.2015 and to provide the required details in connection with erection and installation of LED lights as per Agreement.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.

5. In the above view of the matter and with consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Executive Engineer, Nagar Parishad, Dehri, Dalmia Nagar, Sasaram, District Rohtas (Respondent no. 3) with a fresh representation for redressal of his grievances within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six weeks from the date of the representation being filed.
