2. The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 19.04.2016 in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No.157 of 2015, whereby cognizance has been taken by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide letter dated 23.05.2025 that the trial has already progressed and is at the stage of evidence in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No.157 of 2015.

4. In view of the changed stage of trial, the present quashing application stands consigned with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
