JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-10-2020 Heard Ms. Priyanka Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Industrial Area P. S. Case No. 92 of 2018 dated 29.05.2018, instituted for offences under Sections 399, 402, 34, 412 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code; Sections 25 (1-b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, 1959; and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the name of the petitioner has transpired

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26993 of 2020(2) dt.20-10-2020 2/3 in the confession of one Rishabh Kumar, who has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

It appears from the F.I.R. that some miscreants had assembled at Sudha Factory Road near Pratibha Printing Press. On chase, some of the accused persons were arrested from whose possession firearm weapons and liquor was recovered.

The name of the petitioner has been taken by one of the arrested accused persons, as stated above. The petitioner was earlier made accused in several cases, but according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, in all cases the petitioner has been granted bail.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2020. Regard being had to the afore-stated facts and the period custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
