JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barauli Police Station Case No. 10 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.01.2023.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, his period of custody, this application is allowed.
