This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 151, 152 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Due to death of a person in the road accident the mob had blocked the road traffic. Allegation is that when the police came for disbursing the mob, the mob committed murderous attempt on the police. The petitioners were identified amongst the members of the mob.

Considering the general and omni bus allegation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
