The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No.172 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 325, 307, 385 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submissions that the first information report has been instituted after seven days of the alleged offence and co-accused Raja Ram having identical allegation to that of the petitioner has already been granted pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18230 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 No.2530 of 2018, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No.172 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
