2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 14/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Three unknown criminals are said to have looted Rupees Forty-five Thousand and a mobile phone. They have got transferred Rs. 8500/- and Rs. 398/- through UPI. There is recovery of Rupees 15000/-. The petitioner is in jail since 11.01.2024.

4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed.

5. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
