2. This application is for grant of regular bail arises out of Bhargama P.S. Case No.366 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the F.I.R., Manish Kumar @ Kari Mehta is the person who had killed a person with a tractor.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2024 and he claims clean antecedent. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25986 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Araria/concerned Court below, in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No.366 of 2024.
