No. 723 of 2019 in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 337 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. No.29851 of 2019(6) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 anticipatory bail of opposite party nos. 2 to 7 is that they after grant of anticipatory bail threatening the petitioner and have committed another offence as they have sold the land of petitioner, for which, he has filed another case. Heard learned A.P.P. and perused the impugned order, from which, it appears that the learned Sessions Judge after considering the fact that case has been lodged after one year after death of son of the petitioner and further a case has been lodged by co-accused Puja Devi for torture and harassment with respect to demand of dowry, has granted anticipatory bail to opposite party nos. 2 to 7. Although a submission has been made on behalf of the petitioner that they after grant of anticipatory bail, have committed another offence, for which, the petitioner has filed another case but learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly admitted that the said case is still pending investigation.

In view of the discussions made above, I do not find any merit in this application, same is, accordingly, dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
