2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 830/23 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342/323/324/327/379/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and other accused persons have assaulted the victim, looted money from him and subsequently made him transfer Rupees Eighteen Thousand from his account. The petitioner has criminal antecedent. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He is in jail since 30.01.2024. The petitioner has antecedents also.

4. Considering the seriousness of the offence, this application is dismissed.
