This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Narpatganj (Bathnaha) P.S. Case No. 330/2017, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 341, 342, 504, 506, 354B, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that main allegation is against Md. Nasim. There is no implication of these petitioners except their presence at the place of occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, this application is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48873 of 2017 (2) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 allowed. Let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj (Bathnaha) Case No. 330/2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
