JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No.106 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that there is case and counter case and the injuries sustained by all the three injured were found simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No.106 of 2017,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9144 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
