The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarai P. S. Case No. 265 of 2019 dated 19.07.2019, instituted for offences under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act, 1959.

It appears that two persons had tried to enter into the Central Bank Customers Service Centre for the purposes of looting the customers. However, two persons were caught-hold by the people and they were

One of the arrested accused persons, namely, Sumit Kumar, from whose possession a firearm weapon has been recovered, has named the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and his implication is only on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2019. Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 13th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P. S. Case No. 265 of 2019. The petition stands allowed.
