JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Nawada to appoint the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher on compassionate ground as the father of the petitioner while serving the post of Assistant Teacher at Adarsh Uchcha Vidyalaya, Sirdala, Nawada died on 28.08.2010.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Nawada within a period of thirty days and

Patna High Court CWJC No.23210 of 2011 (3) dt.24-07-2017 2/2 the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
